Corporate Project & Strategy Manager


We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated colleague to support our top executive team in various high-impact areas including corporate project management, strategy & business development and mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

The Corporate Project & Strategy Manager will play a critical role in assisting our top executives with strategic initiatives, corporate projects, and M&A activities. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of corporate finance and strategic planning.

The Corporate Project & Strategy Manager will play a crucial role in managing corporate projects, developing business strategies, supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and providing executive support for board meetings. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, a solid foundation in corporate finance and strategic planning, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.

Your challenges

Corporate Project Management:

  • Lead and manage corporate projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

  • Prepare and present project updates to senior management.

Strategy & Business Development:

  • Support the development and implementation of corporate strategies to drive company growth and profitability.

  • Collaborate with senior management to define strategic goals and initiatives.

  • Prepare business plans, feasibility studies, and financial models.

Mergers & Acquisitions:

  • Conduct financial analysis for potential M&A opportunities and prepare presentations.

  • Manage the due diligence process in coordination with legal, financial, and operational teams during M&A transactions.

  • Assist in the negotiation and structuring of deals.

  • Oversee integration processes post-acquisition.

Executive Support:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation for board meetings.

  • Coordinate logistics and ensure effective communication between board members and executive teams.

  • Assist in the development of board meeting agendas and follow-up on action items.

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Your qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in corporate project management, strategy development, and M&A.

  • Strong analytical skills, financial acumen and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently, simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
