Qualification and Testing

EMC Testing

An essential requirement of industrial touchpanels is the EMC compliance. Other electrical equipment in the near vicinity should not disturb the operation of your product and it should also not disturb other equipment.

IP and IK value

SCHURTER offers products with proven protection against intrusion of dust and water (IP-Code) and against mechanical impact (IK-rating). The ratings ensure that products are up to the environmental conditions:

Humid environments
Air with a high dust and particle content
Protection against vandalism
