Eleven products from the electromechanics and passive components category were nominated for the "Products of the Year 2022" readers' choice by the trade magazine Elektronik. The SCHURTER TTS made it to 3rd place.

The readers of Elektronik (elektroniknet.de) have decided by voting and chosen the best among the top 3. For the award ceremony on April 26, 2022, the editors of Elektronik invited representatives of all manufacturers whose product had been selected by the readers as one of the top 3.

When it comes to contactless switching, not every technology is suitable to the same extent. Often they also send wrong signals, e.g. in case of splash water or rain, and thus trigger unintentional switching. The optical ToF (Time of Flight) technology used in SCHURTER's TTS switch can be individually programmed to prevent such malfunctions. The switch is designed so that the detection distance is 60 mm to 0.05 mm as standard. This ensures that wiping over or cleaning the switch surface does not trigger a switching signal.
