SCHURTER Inc is currently ranked #170, up 38 positions from last year’s rank at #208. The rankings are determined based on several criteria including location, and revenue. Nestled just above California’s tech hub of Silicon Valley, the North Bay is not only renowned for its existential wine region, but also its diverse business landscape. The Top 500 companies that have made this year’s list range in annual revenue from US$ 2 M to US$ 50 B.

Medical Market

SCHURTER Inc’s rise in the ranking is attributed to the historic 40 % growth it experienced in 2021, as the company scaled to US$32.5 million in revenue. The Medical market continues to be the company's beacon for stable growth. New and evolving demand for equipment continues, while the surge in demand for ventilators during the pandemic has all but wound down. SCHURTER also saw substantial growth for its components in the Datacom industry. This was due to the unexpected demand for infrastructure and equipment required to enable home offices.

New: HMI production line

SCHURTER plans to diversify its core business in 2022 by introducing a new HMI business unit. A production line is set to go in the Santa Rosa location by the end of the year.
