Over the next 12 months, the SCHURTER Group will replace the current CRM 7.0 with a new solution. In cooperation with Swisscom, SAPHIR-8, our new CRM solution, will be established.
The new CRM project SAPHIR-8 includes an optimization and harmonization of all CRM processes and the provision of the supporting tools. The implementation is part of the SCHURTER digitalization roadmap and is based on the SAP Sales&Service Cloud.
In line with requirements
The replacement of CRM 7.0 is based on the advantages of the new system, which is user-friendly, efficient, up-to-date and flexible. The demand-driven implementation will support end-to-end processes.
Group-wide rollout planned
Integration with core applications from SAP and Office 365 enables more efficient work with the new CRM. The development-ready platform enables global, group-wide usage. Over the next 12 months, the new system will be implemented in close cooperation with Swisscom. With an agile project approach, the solution will be implemented step by step together with the process owners and optimally adapted to SCHURTER's requirements. For the user, the main change is the user interface, which has an intuitive, modern design and can be customized by the individual user.
