In the competition for the best employees, convincing arguments are important. One argument that is gaining in importance among employees is the compatibility of work and family. Pro Familia Switzerland and empiricon offer the possibility to check the family-friendliness of employers.

Anonymous survey
The Family Score is a scientifically developed employee survey and expresses the family-friendliness of an employer with a score between 0 and 100 (a score of 60 points or more is considered family-friendly). By means of a short, multilingual questionnaire (5 minutes), the employees of SCHURTER AG were able to anonymously communicate their expectations and needs with regard to the compatibility of work and family, as well as to evaluate the existing offer. The Family Score is aimed at all employees (not just parents with children).

Result
SCHURTER AG has an extensive offer of family-friendly working conditions, which was rated as "family-friendly" by the employees by means of this survey of Pro Familia Switzerland. The offers "in-house daycare center", "home office option", "paternity leave" and "flexible working hours" are particularly well above the Swiss average. SCHURTER AG is therefore allowed to carry the "family-friendly company" seal of approval for three years.
