Living the cultural values has always been a high priority at SCHURTER. With the completion of the new staff restaurant in 2021, the perfect location is now also available for this - with a magnificent view of Lake Lucerne and the local mountain Pilatus.

Strengthening team spirit among employees not only within the closest team, but throughout the company, is not only beneficial for the employees themselves. Good team spirit leads to good cooperation and ultimately to good products. SCHURTER wants to be an attractive employer for motivated and qualified personnel.

Hot summer
The temperatures in the summer of 2022 were an invitation to have fun after work at one of the many events offered, to make new contacts and to strengthen existing ones.

SCHURTER offered several opportunities for this. In July, for example, people met on the terrace of the staff restaurant for a barbecue ("Let's meat"), while in August, friends of a refreshing ice cream ("Let's cool down!") got their money's worth.
