The INDUSTRY.forward EXPO is a virtual industry conference held twice a year. Since 2021, it has established itself as a digital conference platform focusing on current industrial and technology topics. Participation is free of charge. SCHURTER will be represented with three sessions at this year’s fall edition.
From October 26 to 30, 2026, more than 25 compact strategy and technology sessions will focus on topics including Smart Connected Factory, Industrial AI & Data Intelligence, Cyber Resilience & Trusted Manufacturing, Energy Storage & Management, and Smart Electronics & Integration.
SCHURTER with Three Sessions
Elisabeth Gassmann, Global Product Manager Connectivity at SCHURTER, will present a new appliance inlet combining IEC 60320 Type F and Type J. Designed in particular for data center applications, the solution reduces the number of variants and simplifies PDU design.
Roland Maurer, Field Application Engineer HMI at SCHURTER, will explain why hygienic design starts at the construction stage. Materials, surfaces, geometry, and HMI integration all play a decisive role in ensuring that an operator interface can be cleaned reliably and continues to function safely under demanding conditions.
Herbert Blum, Product Manager EMC at SCHURTER, will focus on selecting the right EMC filter. The choice should not be based solely on current and voltage, but primarily on the actual interference, its frequency, and the electrical and mechanical requirements of the application.
Registration
Participation is free of charge, and all sessions are also available on demand.
