Technical Inside Sales

Are you the Technical Inside Sales professional who acts as the link between engineering and commerce and contributes to sustainable customer growth?

SCHURTER is a global market leader in power entry modules, EMC filters, fuses, switches, circuit protection, and HMI solutions. Our components are used in critical applications such as EV chargers, medical equipment, data centers, industrial automation, and energy systems. To strengthen our commercial team, we are looking for a driven professional who bridges the gap between technology, customers, and sales.

In this role, you are the essential link between our internal teams and customers. You combine technical expertise with commercial drive and actively contribute to growth and customer satisfaction.

• Demonstrate technical expertise and support purchasing decisions.

• Increase brand awareness through customer communication.

• Build and strengthen customer relationships.

• Sell and promote the full product portfolio.

• Manage and prepare quotations.

• Provide support during sales visits in the region.

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a technical field.

• At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales within a technical environment.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to identify customer needs and provide solutions.

• Experience working with SAP and CRM systems.

• Fluent in both Dutch and English (German is a plus).
