Production Engineer

• Optimize production processes and working methods

• Support outsourcing projects

• Advise on investments and implement new production equipment

• Redesign and improve existing and new product groups and processes

• Implement alternative materials and new technologies, and actively initiate them

• Support proto-series and product design

• Create and manage process work instructions and process FMEAs

• Perform data analysis to improve quality, lead time, and yield

• Coordinate and guide release processes for new materials and products

• Manage and optimize maintenance of machines and tools

As a Production Engineer, you are responsible for the continuous improvement of our factory. You work closely with the Operations Manager and maintain regular contact with the production engineering team at our sister factory in Germany.

Your goal? To realize smarter working methods, innovative automation, and an even more efficient production process.
We are looking for someone who:

• is analytically strong and results-oriented, with a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering and Management

• has experience in process optimization, working methods, and automation

• is proactive and able to motivate colleagues

• has a sharp eye for quality, efficiency, and innovation

• has a good command of the English language, both spoken and written

For this challenging role, we offer a one-year contract with the intention of converting it into a permanent position after one year.
