• Follow the product development phase from conception to delivery to operational purchase

• Active contribution in defining product requirements

• Support for global pooling; RFQ and price comparison for concept evaluation and costing

• Negotiation for assigned products and choice of suppliers in accordance with commodity- / supplier strategies;

• Change management;

• Planning monitoring;

• Creation and supervision of framework agreements for new products according to the purchasing strategy;

• Contribution during the supplier phase out

• Degree/Diploma with technical experience in electronic/mechanical field

• Experience in EMS purchasing will be considered as a plus

• Technical experience in EMS mechanical manufacturing process preferred

• Strong negotiation skills; Knowledge of ISO-TS certification

• SAP MM R3 and excellent ability to use Excel

• Good knowledge of Italian, English; German would be a plus

• Availability to short trips
