SCHURTER Group, a worldwide leading company as innovator and producer of passive and active electronic components is looking for a Quality Engineer EMS (w/m) in order to empower and increase the development of the organization in Mendrisio.

• Lead of customer and internal complaints

• Continuous improvement and management of non-conformities according to PDCA cycle

• Material Disposition, quality inventory and quality costs

• Setup and monitor of process control (SPC, Inspection plans)

• Monitor of performance and creation of statistic reports for methodical analysis

• Execution of in process/product audits and creation of audit reports

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic, electrical, mechanical or managerial engineering

• Proven technical background (at least 3 years of experience) in an electro technical company

• Proven experience in a similar role (at least 2 years)

• Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools (e.g. 5 core tools)

• Knowledge of 8D and A3 problem solving methods

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP would be a plus

• Good knowledge of Italian, English; German would be a plus
